Privacy

The website

Every page here is a static file. There is no login, no comment box, no form, no tracking pixel and no advertising network. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font host, so loading a page contacts nobody but the server that sent it.

The host, Cloudflare Pages, keeps ordinary web-server records — IP address, timestamp, the page requested and the user agent — for security and traffic measurement. We do not combine those records with anything else, and we have no way to connect them to a person.

When you call

To book a repair we take your name, the service address, a contact number, and the model and serial of the appliance. We use those to attend the job, order the right part and produce the invoice, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share customer details, and we do not run a marketing list.

Job records are kept for as long as the warranty on the work runs and for the period Florida requires for business records after that. Ask us to delete anything not needed for those purposes and we will.

Children

This is a home-service business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date on this page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, by design.

Asking us about your data

Call the number on the contact page and say what you want to see, correct or have deleted. A person answers; there is no privacy portal because there is no data warehouse behind it.
