## Cover, term and the limit of each

- Our labour on the repair we performed — 90 days. Same fault, same appliance. No second diagnostic fee, no trip charge.
- The OEM part we supplied and fitted — 365 days. Replacement part and the labour to fit it, within the parts term.
- A part you supplied yourself — labour only. We will fit it and stand behind the labour, but not the component.
- A repair we recommended and you declined — not covered. Declined items are written on the estimate so the record is clear.

## Who does the work

- EPA Section 608 certified technicians for sealed-system refrigerant work.
- Liability insured.
