## Charges

- Diagnostic visit: flat. Covers travel, inspection and the written estimate.
- Credit on approval: Flat $80 diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
- Parts: at cost plus labour. Genuine OEM parts. Quoted before ordering.
- Second visit to fit parts: no trip charge on an approved repair.

A written estimate comes before any part is ordered or any labour is billed.

## Warranty

- Labour: 90 days
- Parts: 365 days

90 days on labour, 365 days on parts, genuine OEM parts only.
